Visit Us

We are centrally located in downtown Vernon, near the corner of 31st Avenue and 33rd Street.

Dedicated Parking: In the lot behind our building there are six spots available for Creekside patient parking, as well as one handicapped spot. Please note that the three spots furthest from our building are private employee spots separate from the free patient parking.

Street Parking: Additional metered street parking is available along 31st Avenue if the lot is full.

Level Entry: Our facility is ground-level and fully accessible for patients with mobility concerns or injuries.
