I am an educated fitness professional offering high quality group classes and personal training. I specialize in the areas of yoga and functional training with a special interest in postural and core issues, as well as fitness as it pertains to aging well through life’s transitions.
I have over 15 years of experience teaching a wide variety classes, groups and individuals, from the popular Foundation Training classes (developed by Eric Goodman) to yoga, circuit, or strength and agility classes for older adults with Osteoporosis. I love the challenge of helping individuals feel strong and healthy, while keeping it fun! I’m passionate about helping people into correct form and alignment, so am constantly providing cues and instruction to help people feel correct movement patterns in their own bodies. With correct functional movement patterns dialed in, a solid foundation exists from which the sky is the limit – whether you are a person wanting to continue feeling confident in your activities of daily living or are reaching for performance goals as an athlete, we all benefit from appropriate and challenging activity!
